You are guaranteed to LOVE your jewellery! However prior to commencing with our service we wish to make you aware of the following terms.
Should your chain detach at the weld site within 30 days of your purchase, please make contact and we will arrange to promptly re-weld it at no cost to you! Our welds face vigorous stress testing upon completion therefore this is highly unlikely but in rare instances could occur indicating an unsettling of the jump ring. Adjustments or further re-welds are subject to a £5-£8 fee (depending on metal type) and are carried out by appointment only.
We assume no liability for broken chains, lost jewellery, allergic reactions, discolouration or tarnishing of metals.
We recommend dry your jewellery immediately after showering or other water exposure and avoid excessive product use. Sterling Silver & Gold Filled can naturally darken over time and the metals can be restored with a jewellery cleaning cloth in accordance with the metal type, alternatively you can use a mild PH neutral soap for cleaning.
In the rare case of a lost gemstone from a charm we will replace it free of charge within a 30 day period.
Permanent jewellery does not mean it is indestructible. Just like all fine jewellery it can break under excessive force or if manipulated in an irregular manner.
We recommend anyone with a pacemaker, or history of allergy to nickel or precious metals not get a permanent jewellery item.
